HAIR – NO Returns or exchanges on any HAIR Bundles, Closures or Frontals!!!
Hair Products – CANNOT be returned or exchanged due to health and safety protocols. Incorrect orders can be sent back and the correct hair product(s) will be sent out at NO shipping cost to you.
Red Pro / Red by Kiss Tools – Please keep box and receipt – Red Pro directly handles all defects and warranty issues. Ship to Kiss Products Attn: Return Department 3 Seview Blvd, Port Washington, NY 11050. Please include a note indicating the problem with the tool and also where they can ship the replacement tool.
Makeup/Beauty Products – CANNOT be returned or exchanged due to due to health and safety protocols.
DVDs – Any DVD that is damaged must be mailed back and inspected to confirm damage. Any DVD found not to be damaged will be mailed back to you, and you will be billed the shipping and handling prior to the return. If DVD is found damaged, – the SAME DVD will be mailed back to you at no additional cost, you cannot exchange a damaged DVD for a different title. Must be the SAME title.
Magazines & Books – Any Magazine/Book that is damaged must be mailed back and a replacement will be sent out. Any magazine/book not returned within 10 days of purchase cannot be exchanged.
