Return/Refund & Exchange Policy for www.clickonbeauty.com

DVDs – Any DVD thais damaged must be mailed back and inspected to confirm damage.
Any DVD found not to be damage will be mailed back to you, and you will be billed the shipping and handling prior to the return. If DVD is found damaged, – the SAME DVD will be mailed back to you at no additional cost, you can not exchange damaged DVD for a different title. Must be the SAME title.

Hair – Any and ALL hair that is opened CAN NOT be returned. Un-opened bundle can be exchanged; (NOT EurAsian Wigs or closures, these are custom orders) you pay cost of shipping. Incorrect orders can be sent back and the correct hair will be sent out at NO shipping cost to you.

Magazines & Books – Any Magazine/Book that is damaged must be mailed back and a replacement will be sent out. Any magazine/book not returned within 10 days of purchase cannot be refunded.

Hair Products – Any and ALL hair product(s) CAN NOT be returned due to health and safety protocols. Incorrect orders can be sent back and the correct hair product(s) will be sent out a NO shipping cost to you.

Red Pro / Red by Kiss tools – Plz keep box and receipt- Red Pro directly handles all defects and warranty issues
