Return/Refund & Exchange Policy for www.clickonbeauty.com
DVDs - Any DVD thais damaged must be mailed back and inspected to confirm damage. Any DVD found not to be damage will be mailed back to you, and you will be billed the shipping and handling prior to the return. If DVD is found damaged, - the SAME DVD will be mailed back to you at no additional cost, you connot exchange damaged DVD for a different title. Must be the SAME title.
Hair - Any and ALL hair that is opened CAN NOT be returned. Un-opened Hari can be exchanged; you pay cost of shipping. Incorrect orders can be sent back and the correct hair will be sent out at NO shipping cost to you.
Magazines & Books - Any Magazine/Book that is damaged must be mailed back and a replacement will be sent out. Any magazine/book not returned within 10 vdays of purchase cannot be refunded.
Hair Products - Any and ALL hair products CAN NOT be returned due to health and safety protocols. Incorrect orders can be sent vack and the correct hair will be sent out a NO shipping cost to you.
Exchange Policy - Any unopened DVD or Hair can be exchanged, the only cost will be shipping and handling. If the wrong DVD or Hair was shipped, please send back the incorrect DVD or Hair and the correct one will be sent to you. Any magazine/book not returned within 10 days of purchase cannot be exchange.
